Latino Cancer Research Leadership Training <\/em>program. It offers an annual summer institute and internships to increase the number of master\u2019s-degree-level Latinos who pursue a doctoral degree and a career in Latino health disparities research.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00c9xito!<\/em> has been a huge success\u2014many graduates already are in doctoral programs.<\/p>\n<p>Now you can have <em>\u00c9xito!<\/em> in your organization!<\/p>\n<p>Our new <strong><em>\u00c9xito!<\/em> Program Replication Manual<\/strong> outlines the steps and provide tools and resources so other organizations can develop their own versions of <em>\u00c9xito!<\/em> across the country.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe hope this manual makes it easy for dozens of <em>\u00c9xito! <\/em>programs to crop up in academic settings across the country to increase the opportunity for Latinos and other minorities to study the cancer inequalities facing their native populations,\u201d said Amelie G.
