In an effort to raise awareness and encourage the engagement of patients, families, healthcare providers, and the public, the\u00a0ISRN\u00a0and the\u00a0Louise H. Batz Patient Safety Foundation\u00a0have joined the national effort to raise awareness about safe care.<\/p>\n

\n7 days of recognition, 365 days of commitment to safe care.\u201d<\/p>\n

Make your support known to the National Patient Safety Foundation to be counted among the many who are \u2018doing something\u2019 about making care better. Take a moment to learn how you can raise awareness in your own organization.<\/p>\n

Patient Safety Awareness Week is an annual\u00a0National Patient Safety Foundation\u00ae<\/a>\u00a0(NPSF) let education and awareness building campaign for healthcare safety. Each year, healthcare organizations internationally take part in the event by prominently displaying the NPSF campaign logo and promotional materials within their organizations and deploying NPSF educational materials to staff.<\/p>\n
