Program Coordinator (IIMS)
This position provides administrative and programmatic management and support to the Program Director(s) and trainees involved in the Translational Science Training (TST) Program, a T32 program that supports pre and postdoctoral trainees. This position also provides administrative support to the Office of Research Education and Mentoring. The Program Coordinator will coordinate all aspects of the TST Program. The Program Coordinator will also assist the OREM Project Coordinator, as requested.

Research Coordinator (IIMS)
Under general supervision, responsible for providing specialized administrative support in a laboratory and/or clinical research environment.

Intermediate Research Area Specialist (IIMS)
As a member of the IIMS Community Engagement (CE) Team, this person will serve as a liaison with two practice-based research networks (PBRNs) focused on oral health and senior health. This person will help to develop and implement research projects by working closely with PBRN Directors, advisory boards, and network members.  In addition, this person will work the IIMS CE Team to provide research infrastructure support to enhance community responsiveness, research relevance, scientific value, and public health impact.

Clinical Laboratory Assistant (IIMS)
Responsible for receiving clinical specimens, checking the requisitions and specimens for accuracy, accessioning the specimens, entering the orders into our laboratory information system, distributing worksheets to the medical technologists, and ensuring results are successfully reported to clients as part of our clinical services.

Academic Programs Coordinator (IIMS)
This position provides professional level administrative and programmatic support to the academic and training activities conducted by the Office of Research Education and Mentoring. In particular, the Academic Programs Coordinator position coordinates all aspects of the Master of Science Degree in Clinical Investigation-Translational Science (MSCI-TS) graduate degree program, as well as our certificate programs in Translational Science (CTS), Cancer Prevention (CCP) and Data Science (CDS). The Academic Programs Coordinator will assist the OREM team lead and Director(s) in all aspects of the administration and evaluation of these programs.
