For all who are not students as listed below and received funding from the Institute for Integration of Medicine & Science/Clinical & Translational Science Award  (IIMS/CTSA), and who received funding after May 1, 2018, please use the following acknowledgement in your publications:

If you received funding prior to May 1, 2018 (but after October 2012) please use the following acknowledgement in your publications:

If you received a Pre- or Post- doctoral stipend, after May 1, 2018, the preferred text is –

If you received a Pre-doctoral stipend, prior to May 2018, the preferred text is –
