Essentials of Caregiving – Planning for the Future – March 22, 2024 at 1:00PM:
This session is designed for caregivers and family members to discuss the importance of making a plan for the future, as well as some of the decisions you will need to make related to care, including advance care planning. As a participant, you can share and reflect with others on their experiences while also discussing strategies to help your loved one prepare for the next steps. 36th Global Conference of Alzheimer’s Disease International – April 24-26th, 2024:
Our very own Director Sara Masoud will be presenting at this fantastic conference in Krakow, Poland. This in-person/virtual conference is run by the Alzheimer’s Disease International (ADI), aiming to reach a global audience ranging from medical professionals, researchers, informal carers, and people living with dementia. This is the longest running international conference on dementia, attracting over 1,000 delegates from all corners of the world.
